# South Carolina state fair denies entry to youth without parent

Community members say they were denied entry to the South Carolina state fair for not being the biological parent of a child. The fair's youth policy requires parental accompaniment all day on Fridays and Saturdays. Access is allowed without a parent before 5 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays.
