(CNN)- Two incidents involving federal immigration enforcement vehicles in California are drawing scrutiny after men alleged they were injured during encounters with federal agents. In Woodland, just outside Sacramento, Antonio Moreida received support from community members during a city council meeting after saying he was hospitalized following an encounter with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle Tuesday. “I’m the one that got hit earlier by ICE,” Moreida said. The Department of Homeland Security disputed his account, saying, “This is false. ICE did not hit a pedestrian.
