# Treasury Auction Hits Record Foreign Demand

Foreign buyers led a $39B Treasury auction at 5.300% yield. The highest 10-year yield since Nov 2000, with 80.3% foreign share and only 2.5% to primary dealers. Demand was strong but structure raised concerns.
