# Horton co-defendants plead guilty to fraud charges

Antonio Ross and Alfonzo Lewis pleaded guilty to wire fraud charges. They admitted paying kickbacks to former Superintendent Devon Horton in exchange for contract favors. Both men face up to 20 years in federal prison.
