# RC Helicopter Without Swash Plate

A researcher built an RC helicopter without a swash plate. Two designs were tested: one with angled hinges using motor speed variation, and one with a single hinge per rotor. The single hinge design showed better responsiveness and linear control. Blades were 3D printed and thermoformed, with added weights during testing.
