SASSA Old-Age Grants in November 2026 will take place earlier than initially scheduled. In a change intended to prevent disruption around the local government elections on Wednesday 4 November 2026, some disbursements have been moved to this week. Specifically, four-million recipients of SASSA Old-Age Grants in November 2026 will now receive their money on Friday 30 October 2026. While that’s good news for now – a 28-day wait (down from 32 days) – it does mean a longer run into next month’s December disbursements just before the Christmas holidays.
