# Pasadena Electric Rate Increase Partly Offset

Pasadena Water and Power's second 7% rate increase is partially offset by a seasonal drop in power supply charges. Residential bills see increases of less than 2% to about 5%. The utility cites infrastructure and grid reliability as key justifications.
