Trump aides Witkoff and Kushner plan to meet Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg on October 21. The meeting aims to show benefits of deals, possibly linked to freeing an American detained in Russia. The American involved is not specified, though Steven Habard is the only one listed by U.S. State Department as wrongfully detained.
