# Woman wins court case for unpaid divorce maintenance

A 70-year-old South African woman won a court case against her ex-husband for unpaid maintenance. Justice J Cloete ordered him to pay R682,585.52 in arrears. The ex-husband stopped payments after 2020 and made only two small payments between 2021 and 2022.
