# Hong Kong teen jailed for acid attack on Singapore tourist

A 19-year-old Hong Kong teen was jailed for eight years after an acid attack on a Singaporean tourist. The attack occurred in June 2025 and caused second-degree burns. The teen allegedly acted for a HK$10,000 payment promise.
