# Lee vows to stay, calls minister's exit political decision

Hong Kong's housing minister resigned over a deadly fire that killed 168 and displaced 5,000. Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu called it a 'political decision' and pledged to investigate up to 50 civil servants. He vowed to stay and lead reforms.
