A 16-year-old was detained in Bellmunt d'Urgell for creating the Blocus Lleida channel and inciting vandalism. The youth allegedly directed and instructed others to commit acts of violence, shop looting, and attacks on police. Authorities say the content promoted violence and specific plans for disturbances.
