# Chicago Bridge Repair Delayed to Spring 2027

The Chicago Avenue bridge closure is delayed to spring 2027. Construction includes replacing the temporary bridge and building a new riverwalk. Alderman Brendan Reilly criticized CDOT's management of the project.
