# Shenzhen prices rise, Hong Kongers seek cheaper options

Hong Kong retirees find Shenzhen prices have risen sharply. A meal for four now costs 500 to 600 yuan, up from just over 300 yuan. Prices in Guangzhou and Zhongshan remain lower, at 300 and 200 yuan respectively.
