# Phala Phala theft case verdict: Two convicted, one acquitted

The Modimolle Regional Court convicted two of three accused in the Phala Phala farm theft case. Imanuwela David and Froliana Joseph were found guilty of theft and related charges. Ndilinasho Joseph was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
