The Palace Grill, closed after a 2024 fire, may be demolished for a five-story residential building. The site at 1408 W. Madison St. in Chicago's West Loop is being considered for a development with 24 units and ground-floor retail. A building permit was filed by an LLC linked to Platinum Homes.
