Rumple: Trust-Based Payments Network Proposal

Rumple is a proposed payments network using trust channels. It operates alongside Lightning Network without HTLCs or Bitcoin-funded channels. Based on Ryan Fugger's Ripple concept and now called 'Rumple' to avoid XRP association.
