Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation completed the first Boulevard Apartments unit in September 2024. Residents have returned to their homes in West Town, Humboldt Park, and Logan Square. Construction continues at 929 N. Sacramento and 1930 N. Humboldt with MEP work underway.
