LOGAN SQUARE — For more than 25 years, Tele Villalobos has been a mainstay at Webster’s Wine Bar, washing dishes, cleaning the restaurant and being a dependable team player. The Logan Square community is rallying around Villalobos, who is recovering after being in a severe car crash that left him with broken ribs, knee injuries, bruises and a totaled car.
