Electrum 4.8.3 Patch Fixes Active RBF Theft Flaw

Malicious Electrum servers exploited a flaw in version 4.8.3 before patch release. The attack used RBF fee-bump to redirect pending Bitcoin transactions. Users must update and verify GPG signature from electrum.org.
