Ubuntu 21.04 Released with AMD Kernel Support

Ubuntu 21.04 introduces updated kernel support for new AMD CPUs. It offers better thermal management than 20.04, though full support is still not guaranteed. Minor UI changes are the main difference from 20.04. User reports stability, but misses Wayland support on AMD GPUs.
