Businesswoman Shauwn ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize has suffered another setback in her tax battle after the KwaZulu-Natal High Court authorised the sale of five luxury properties valued at R35 million. Judge Jacqueline Henriques granted an urgent application by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) on Monday, 26 October, allowing a court-appointed curator to sell the properties in Sandown, Johannesburg.
