At 6 p.m. Chicago time today, Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Harold Washington Library Center hosts the launch of Pulitzer on the Road, a traveling exhibition about prize-winning journalism, books, drama and music.
Percival Everett, Daniel Kraus, Amanda Vaill and photographer Jon Cherry will join Jelani Cobb for a conversation about storytelling and America. The program includes audience questions; there is no book signing.
The organizers say the exhibition and associated events are free and open to the public. Before heading over, follow the library-event link on the organizer's page to check current entry and seating arrangements. If tonight does not work, the exhibition's announced Chicago run continues through December.
