UK PM Open to Slave Trade Apology, Not Reparations

UK PM Andy Burnham expressed openness to a formal apology for the slave trade but rejected financial reparations. The remarks were made ahead of a Commonwealth summit in Antigua and Barbuda. King Charles III is also touring the Caribbean.
