CARES Community Center Groundbreaking in Belmont Cragin

Onward Neighborhood House broke ground on a $7.5 million CARES Community Center in Belmont Cragin. The 31,000-square-foot facility will offer free primary and pediatric care, bilingual mental health services, adult education, and an expanded food pantry. It will serve families on Chicago’s Northwest Side.
