Wilmington Middle School's green schoolyard opens

Wilmington Middle School's green schoolyard replaces asphalt with native plants and trees. It reduces surface temperatures by up to 45 degrees and supports local biodiversity. The project includes 15,000 sq ft of asphalt removal and 50 native trees.
