Barkd in TEE: Hardware-protected cloud keys

Barkd enables server-side Bitcoin payments with hardware-protected keys. Running it in a TEE reduces exposure to cloud infrastructure risks. It works in Azure confidential VMs and AWS Nitro enclaves, with minimal cost.
